Spare Parts Manager

Due to continued growth, Power Ford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spare Parts Manager to head up our dynamic spare parts team in Castle Hill
Reporting to the dealer principal, this position involves managing all facets of the Spare Parts Department and Warehouse areas to ensure that the division runs efficiently. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills in addition to a good knowledge of product line sales. Technical experience, with an account based inventory system and the ability to report on KPI's is essential.
Key duties will include:
•    Controlling all spare parts inventory whilst methodically and accurately warehousing all inventory of parts;
•    Ensuring strict stock security levels are upheld;
•    Identifying potential sales to ensure budgets are achieved;
•    Compiling daily, weekly and monthly spare parts sales reports;
•    Ensuring all internal & external transactions are professional and of the highest quality;
•    Providing service and assistance to all new and existing customers; and
•    Continually aiming to achieve maximum revenue growth and high customer satisfaction levels.
To be successful in this role you will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and be confident working to deadlines under pressure. You will also be results driven with excellent business management skills and experience working within a warehouse environment in a similar level role. You will be hands on and also have a high level working knowledge of inventory - specifically in sales and value.

Must have master tech status or be close to achieving master tech status.

Power Ford is an Award Winning Dealership in the hills district, We are currently seeking motivated and keen individuals with excellent attention to detail to start a rewarding career as 1st year Apprentice Technicians to join our team. This role will see you involved in carrying out a range of engine and mechanical tests, diagnose, repair and service motor vehicles. A minimum of school certificate is required. Drivers licence preferred.

Power Ford Service is currently seeking a mature person with excellent attention to detail to wash and vacuum our customer’s vehicles. The successful candidate Must have a current drivers licence, and be able to drive a manual. Must be eager to work, honest and reliable.
