Just like an airline kiosk, you can now check in from the comfort of your home the night before your appointment. With a streamlined process that takes less than 2 minutes, you can check in from anywhere, saving time and avoiding any hassle. On the day of your appointment, simply drop your keys at our self-service kiosk located in the Service Department, and you're all set.

1. Convenient Home Check-In the Night Before

The evening before your service appointment, you'll receive an SMS from Power Ford Service Centre, offering you the option to 'check in from home.'

Follow the provided link to begin the check-in process. Answer a few simple questions, including your preferred contact method and service appointment details. After reviewing and signing, your check-in is complete, and you’re ready to drop off your Ford vehicle.

 

2. Effortless Drop-Off

When you arrive at Power Ford, park your vehicle in the designated numbered bays, and follow the signs to our Express Kiosks.

At the kiosk, select the 'check-in' option, and provide your details, such as your mobile number or registration. Enter your parking bay number and drop your keys into the automatic locker. It’s a smooth and straightforward process.

You'll receive a confirmation SMS acknowledging the check-in of your Ford vehicle, and our team will proceed with your scheduled service.

3. Hassle-Free Check-Out

We’ll notify you through your preferred contact method once your vehicle is ready for collection. If any payment is required, you will receive a notification. You have the option to collect your vehicle using the kiosk or speak with our dedicated Power Ford Service team if you prefer.

Choosing the kiosk check-out? You'll receive a security code to access your Ford vehicle keys from the kiosk locker. Enter the code, retrieve your keys, and find your Ford vehicle conveniently parked in a designated bay.
